Are naps actually good for us?

It is kinda funny why I chose this topic. Lately, I am overloaded and I am not able to get enough sleep, so this Ted talk was very interesting and actual for me. The author was discussing full night sleep and naps during the day. So the main idea was that a lot of people aim to get a full 7-9 hours of sleep during one night, while others prefer to take several naps during a Day. If you Don’t Want to suffer trying to sleep at night it is better to void naps, but if you wanted to be Active during Day and night it is okay to take several naps. For me, the Second option is more preferable, as I am going to school or work in the morning and the night time is for studying.
